01 General Provisions

These terms and conditions define the relationship between the t999 ultra platform and all services operated under it. Accessing this platform, creating an account, or using any service means the user has accepted all clauses of these terms.

02 Membership and Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts — for example, using the same name, address, phone number, or payment method — all such accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Account passwords and login details must be kept strictly confidential. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited. If any unauthorised use of the account is noticed, customer support must be informed immediately.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

03 Age Verification

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example, on a deposit of ৳1,000 a bonus of ৳1,200 will be credited, and bets totalling ৳12,000 (৳1,200 × 10) must be placed before withdrawal.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one bonus is already active.
• Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed.
• If clear evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5.3 Promotional Offers

Various promotions are available, including weekly festive bonuses, cricket special offers, birthday gifts, and referral rewards. Each offer has its own wagering requirement and validity period, which are stated in the offer details.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play betting) are accepted based on the active odds at the time of the event.

• In the case of a multi-bet, if one selection is voided, the remaining selections will be calculated without that leg.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

The outcomes of all casino games and slots are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If a technical issue affects the result of a game, that round may be voided.

07 Technical Errors

If a game or transaction is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or any other technical reason, t999 ultra will settle the matter using the data from the last stable game state.

The data held on the server shall be considered final. In the event of an abnormal win caused by a software error, t999 ultra reserves the right to void that amount.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

t999 ultra may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of these terms and conditions.

• Evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Providing false identity information.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Users may also request account closure at any time. In that case, the verified balance (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be returned.
